National Home Vaccination Programme against the new SARS-CoV-2 coronavirus: exploring the attitudes and perceptions of the health professionals involved as a framework for the development of a sustainable model of home care in Primary Health Care.

The study consists of two parts. The aim of the first part of the study, which was conducted at a national level, is to investigate the attitude of health professionals working in primary health care facilities regarding their participation in the National Home Vaccination Programme against the new SARS-CoV-2 coronavirus, by recording their experiences with the programme and their perceptions regarding the organisation and implementation of the programme. To investigate health professionals' familiarity with the concept of home-based care and their attitudes towards future participation in home-based care programmes.

The second part of the study aims to assess the barriers and facilitators that may influence the design and implementation of home care programmes for people with difficulties in accessing PHC units. The experience of health professionals involved in the National Home-based Vaccination Programme against the novel SARS-CoV-2 coronavirus was sought, as well as the experience of health professionals from previous home-based care activities.
