Geriatric frailty is a complex, multidimensional syndrome, whose control, assessment and management in Primary Health Care (PHC) remains a challenge. The Frailty Project aims to educate PHC professionals on the identification of the syndrome and its management in PHC, and to evaluate the feasibility and effectiveness of an educational programme in PHC in Greece. This study is expected to raise awareness of geriatric frailty among health professionals and add valuable insights into the feasibility and effectiveness of educational programs for the detection and management of geriatric frailty at the PHC level.
